Aluminum or epoxy-coated aluminum

The cross-type heat exchanger adopts corrugated metal plates made of pure aluminum or epoxy-coated aluminum, and the same high heat transfer coefficient.

The cross-type heat exchanger is characterized by a reinforced structure to cope with a pressure difference of 1800 Pa, and the pressure drop will not change by more than 50%.

One-way heat exchange can provide 60-70% efficiency.

Intelligent, integrated control

The NTC temperature probe monitors the electric cabinet’s temperature and sends the data to the heat exchanger control center. When the temperature exceeds the preset value, the fan turns on, and when it drops below the set temperature, the fan stops. This enables intelligent and precise control of the cabinet’s temperature.

The circuit control board is integrated with a three-proof design, featuring an RS485 communication interface output and an over-temperature alarm output. This enables convenient real-time monitoring of the main computer system.
