Industrial Automation

Industrial automation technology is a comprehensive and advanced technology that applies control theory, instrumentation, computer systems, and other information technologies to achieve detection, control, optimization, scheduling, management, and decision-making in industrial production processes. The goal is to increase productivity, improve quality, reduce consumption, and ensure safety. It encompasses industrial automation software, hardware, and systems. As one of the most important technologies in modern manufacturing in the 20th century, industrial automation technology primarily addresses production efficiency and consistency. Both high-speed mass production enterprises and those pursuing flexibility, adaptability, and customization rely on the application of automation technology. However, heat dissipation in control cabinets remains a significant issue in the industry.

Control cabinets house a large number of components, primarily power or communication devices. These components generate a substantial amount of heat during operation, causing the internal temperature of the control cabinet to rise. The increased temperature inside the control cabinet severely affects the normal operation of equipment and disrupts daily work schedules. Therefore, the heat dissipation issue in control cabinets cannot be ignored and requires significant attention.

Beverage Industry Overview

Beer:                                                                                                                                                                                                 The beer production process mainly involves malting, mashing, fermentation, and canning. Finished beer is commonly packaged in bottles, cans, or kegs, with variations in bottle shapes, capacities, labels, neck sleeves, caps, and outer packaging, resulting in a wide range of beer products in the market. Rezic can produce products in any packaging format. Bottled beer is the most popular packaging form and follows a typical packaging process, including bottle washing, filling, sealing, pasteurization, labeling, and boxing.

Carbonated Drinks:                                                                                                                                                             Carbonated drinks, represented by Coca-Cola and Pepsi-Cola, remain the largest category in terms of production volume in the Chinese beverage industry. Although the growth rate has slowed down, the absolute quantity continues to grow significantly. PET bottles are the primary packaging format for carbonated drinks, produced through centralized manufacturing of preforms and decentralized bottle production supplied to nearby bottling plants. Due to transparent pricing of carbonated drink bottles, profit margins are slim, leading bottle manufacturers to focus on high-volume production, making the use of high-speed equipment necessary. Bottle manufacturers have also started adopting more flexible and pragmatic approaches to equipment procurement, collaborating with different bottle equipment suppliers.

Fruit Juice:                                                                                                                                                                                       Hot filling is still the predominant production and filling process for tea and fruit juice beverages. The three main packaging formats for tea and fruit juice beverages are hot-filled PET bottles, metal three-piece cans, and Tetra Pak. Some tea and fruit juice manufacturers purchase hot-filled PET bottles externally, while others produce their own PET bottles. Some beverage companies collaborate with bottle manufacturers to have them blow bottles within the beverage plants. Regardless of the approach, the equipment used for producing hot-filled PET bottles mainly includes two-step and one-step methods. Hot filling used to be the biggest source of profit for specialized bottle manufacturers. However, with transparent pricing, the price of hot-filled PET bottles continues to decline, squeezing profit margins. To improve the hot-filling temperature of PET bottles, companies using two-step methods often collaborate with a Taiwanese company to enhance the neck molding process, allowing for filling temperatures to reach 93°C.
